Basically everything from Juan’s homebrew resume will be on tap as well as a few Fortress favs. The cleanest beer possible and slightly adjuncted without sacrificing style. The adjunct style and plans will focus on botanicals, herbs/spices and fruit used in subtle and nuanced ways.
