This family owned brewery just West of Katy feels like home for a Hispanic beer drinker. From the beer names and styles to the colors of the decor, to the smiling faces of the people pulling the beers for you, there’s something homey about this place. Even the food truck rotation seems to lean Hispanic. Hugs and kisses are handed out for frequent flyers, as Project Halo makes a name for itself as the kind of place where everybody knows your name.

Despite a handful of approachable styles that cater to the Hispanic drinker, there are still several big, bold, hard-hitters for the beer nerds as well.
