Hop Option Mosaic IPA is a very dank, fruity, citrusy, and floral smells and taste. This beer is listed at 7% ABV, which feels like a creeper beer – you’ve been warned. This is a very flavorful beer that’s very smooth and light feeling. You could drink this all summer long, and in Houston, where it feels like summer 80% of the year, that’s very important!

The only beer I would compare this to is, Brash EZ-7. They taste almost exactly the same to me, almost a clone. That isn’t a bad thing either!

I gave Hop Option Mosaic IPA a 4 and a half star rating due to the flavor profile matching up perfectly with what I’m looking for in an IPA. This a easily one of the best IPA’s in the city.

Hop Option Mosaic sports a hazy orange, creamy white head, with frost like lacing all the way down the glass! The mouthfeel is very crisp and smooth!

I have come to expect high quality beers from Spindletap and they didn’t disappoint with Hop Option Mosaic IPA. That being said, my expectation was slightly exceeded with Hop Option IPA.

Not really much artwork available on this one currently, but if you’ve seen a Spindletap Brewing tap handle, you know what to expect!

As far as I can tell, Hop Option Mosaic IPA is only available at the brewery, however they do sell 16oz cans at the brewery, just plain silver cans. Go and get them, you won’t regret it!

Hop Option Mosaic IPA is sooooo damn good! Go! Go now! Go get this beer, and let us know how thankful you are that we turned you onto one of the best IPA’s the city had to offer!
