Baa Baa F U Harvey Cat 3
F U Harvey Cat 3 poured a hazy orange just like Cat 4 - with 2 fingers of foamy white head that stuck around for a little while and laced down the glass spottily. Don't mind the crappy...

I know I know this review isn't breaking news that Houston Haze is the bomb. What impresses here is the consistency of the beer. The mouth is super soft and has only improved. The citrus just explodes in your mouth while the bitter remains very low on the back end....
Unless you're trading for it, I'm pretty sure Baa Baa in a Galaxy Far Far Away is gone already, but for the sake of cataloging it incase it comes back...
Ennie Meenie miney mo catch a beer by the toe! Maybe nursery rhymes aren't your thing but I bet Meenie by Baa Baa Brewhouse will change your tune!...
Spindletap Juiceston pours an orange hazy color with a good amount of head that is typical of Double IPA's. The lacing is there but minimal. The aroma is killer on this one people. You get a tropical aroma that is heavenly. I definitely pick up some guava on the nose as well as citrus flavors....
SpindleTap Hops Drop beats down your throat knocking pictures off the wall, and it all starts with a smooth, sweet fruit-punch flavor followed by subtle bitterness and the aforementioned subtly-piny, fruity...
Pouring Houston Haze into my glass, I'm almost sure I could take this to work and nobody would think twice if I told them it was juice! I would never do that, but...
Feeding Frenzy falls into my dangerously good category of beers. The 8% abv is so well hidden it's scary. One sip and those juicy characteristics come right up on the tongue. The Amarillo, Citra and...
My first visit to Whole Foods Market Brewing Company isn't one I will soon forget. I managed to squeeze everything I could out of my first Fathers Day as a dad! I went to work like normal so it wasn't like I had all day, then I talked my wife into going to Under the Radar with me then we ended the night at Whole Foods Market Brewing Company. My wife wasn't thrilled to squeeze in two breweries in about two hours, but its fathers day...
At the first sip, No Label Mango Milkshake takes me back to elementary school lunches, trading something from my lunchbox to a kid with gushers or a fruit roll up. When we were there, Nick had a glass of it before me. He looked at me with a huge grin and said, "taste this," as he leaned the glass towards me. "Straight fruit roll up AMIRIGHT!?...
I'm being petty af, and I know that. But it's because I love hip-hop, and I'm an artist that pays real close attention to how things are named, designed, etc. It just feels ill-advised to me, but one of Nick's friends said...
Ennie is yet another fine entry into Houston's haze race. I haven't had one that I didn't like, but a few have risen to the top, and this is one. Its pillowy and creamy, juicy and perfectly carbonated. Baa Baa may be one of the smaller breweries in the city, but...
The DL Double drinks much easier than its 8.2 ABV. The pour is a dark orange juice color with just the right amount of head. The nose on the beer radiates an intense tropical aroma. One sip, and it's easy to tell the flavor on the DL Double is well balanced from beginning to end. First, the seriously intense tropical hoppy flavor comes through...
As it goes down, there's a soft after taste of more Grapefruit, pineapple and tropical goodness followed by a long-lingering aftertaste. It's a dangerously smooth 8% though. There's a tiny alcohol note on the after taste as it warms up, but...
No Label Test Batch NEIPA had a nose of bold pineapple, grapefruit, and tropical notes, but the nose set me up for...
Houston Haze NEIPA smells of pineapples and Grapefruit, oh so tropical with a tiny hint of grain. The smell parlays perfectly to the flavor. You add that juicy mouthfeel with the carbonation and citrusy flavor, and Houston Haze NEIPA is...
There's no artwork to speak of (yet), but The Cow Jumped Over the Moon NEIPA did come in these dope little Baa glasses, if you showed up early enough, and you guessed it, we all...
When I opened the can and poured B-52's Wheez the Juice into my glass, I could smell the contents immediately and I would say I was perhaps a foot away from the glass. The aroma was fruitier than any beer I’ve had previously and smelled of...
I've only had a few beers in this style (although they're not calling it a NEIPA), but B-52 Wheez the Juice reminds me a bit of New Hops on the Block, as it was the first beer I had with these sorts of flavors and...
He and I both noted how the super-complex flavors were well balanced by the wood and vanilla notes, and the absence of cherries and spices allowed the dark fruit and banana flavors to meld well. As of 2/10/2017, they only had 3 half barrel kegs left, so if you're into big, complex, Belgian beer, go check it out. However, if you're more of a hop-head, you may want to keep your ears to the streets as there's soon to be a new kid on the block - SpindleTap...
